To help you fully enjoy the comfort of lying in your hammock, we will explain the Brazilian lying technique here, a method still used by Brazilians who use their hammocks as bed substitutes!
The key to this technique is not hanging the hammock too tightly; it should have a loose hang, as depicted in the picture below.

You know you're lying correctly when your body spreads the hammock nicely by lying diagonally, allowing you to relax and observe the surroundings.
The hanging loops of the hammock should be attached at head height and about 3 m apart, allowing the hammock to sag in a deep arc. This configuration allows you to lie in it diagonally ("from corner to corner"), just like a real Brazilian, instead of lengthwise. This keeps your back straight! This is the secret to comfortably and relaxingly lying in the hammock for hours. We also have the right fastening materials for you.
Another advantage of this reclining technique is that the side fabric of the hammock is stretched taut, preventing it from collapsing over your face and obstructing your view.
Our THERMO hammocks are designed to help you lie correctly while also protecting you from the cold. A compartment for an insulating mat has been diagonally sewn onto the underside of the THERMO hammock. This design keeps the sleeping pad in the correct position and prevents it from slipping while you sleep.
